Being a mother of a 9 month old baby i can understand what is going on in u now. First thing i feel is u have to some how get rid of her. I feel u have done a wrong thing first of hiring her. And how can u justify you paying her in cash. So i feel let her go. But then after she left what you should do is in your local websites and ads put up your review and video on her. And that would help another child being treated the way your baby was.
Why i feel that will help is, because i was looking for some kind of care for my baby and i did a 3 months complete survey on what is the right to do. So i am sure any mother will do the same thing in your local area and would come across your video and review.

Let me add my observations here:
For people who doubt where all the money is going, remember Aman founded this organization putting his own money into this ( not in hundreds but thousands). He and some other core members has already got their green cards, but they continue to work for this cause. I also remember Aman and core members saying this "It is not about you. It is about the community. You just don't think about yourself, you work for everyone." Most of the talk points for meetings were meant for relief to the entire community, not a specific group.
For me, I had to go for a meeting alone. Initially I was disappointed, but I could handle that meeting very well, thanks to IVs training session. For those who are apprehensive about attending these meetings -- It is pretty straightforward if we follow IVs talking points and presentation style. We cover ourselves well with arguments and counter arguments during training session.
As for meeting lawmakers, it will always be a pleasant experience. This is the greatest democracy on the face of the earth. Lawmakers will lend a patient, listening ears to your issues. No worries there. Also fixes to our issues will benefit not only us, it will help this country in the long run. If you haven't met your lawmaker yet, please plan meeting them and let them know your pains. A meeting from a constituent is very valuable for these lawmakers.
A request to IV core:
It is better if IV could conduct the training in different state chapters, so that people will feel more confident and less apprehensive in meeting their lawmakers.

Anyways, It seems I might be converting to this idea of flowers, after my previous opposition to the idea. The only flower or a plant I can think of is a Cactus, will that work?
I am talking about those three to five feet tall cactus plants, that prick you when you touch them.
My message will be:
"Dear USCIS, since the working conditions at USCIS are poor and you may not have resources to water all the flowers that you are receiving. I am sending you a cactus that is low maintenance.

Just want to convey how much we appreciate the efforts of IV in our fight to GC process.
When we don't see the positive news (in form of Monthly bulltin) we expect IV to approach USCIS or DOS or show protest in form of rally? However if we look at the efforts of IV team in recent years we would notice that some time I feel the power of thsi forum is much bigger than approaching congressman or senator for favor especially in GC process.
Few montsh back I did send mail to talk radio host in Boston requesting him to
speak on the legal immigration some time. I did send immigrationvoice.org as reference .I am not sure if he spoke on this as I am not regular lister of radio talk show but he did appreicate the information available in the web site.

Instead of processing them according to the priority dates, they started processing them randomly (although the claim is that they process them according to received dates which is neither true not justified even if it was true) causing people who have been waiting for years(Many of them since 2003 or 2003) to not get their green card and the people who had their priority dates as late as 2006 were issued the green cards.
2. In the middle of August, they unofficially put the processing on hold (no official announcement to prevent the situation/lawsuit as the last year).
3. The customer service is totally inconsistent in giving individual answers. We get different answers at different times and most of them are either incomplete or unsatisfying. They also direct us to write letter to the service center directly which results in the response asking us to check website or call 1.800 number none of which again inform the real status of the case. In other words, it is a never ending loop.
Please help us in resolving the problem as you did last year.

Plainspeak...no one here knows everything abt immigration. so its ok that u lost this argument. we are here to share out experiences, enlighten each other, and work for easing EB backlogs. Also I am trying to start my own IT training firm there so with gods on my side in 4-5 years that company can grow to a mid size firm.
Can you elaborate on your decision to start your own IT training firm (as opposed to a IT service provider)? I grew up in bangalore and there were a large number of training institutes back in the day. I am curious to know how your training firm is going to be different from others.

I have a problem where my "Given Name" is entered as "<first name> <last name>" in my passport (India). The "Surname" is left blank. I have been in the US for 7 years now and it has never been a problem so far. I usually enter the "<last name>" in the last name column on all documents. I wonder if this will cause problems during the I485 name check stage. Any one here who can throw some light on this issue?

That does not mean that IV favors or is concerned about EB2 only.
What is IV ? - it is us ... the members .....
There may be more EB2 related posts and predictions / estimates than EB3 because,
1. The EB2 numbers are a little easier to estimate ....
2. Maybe members affected by EB3 retrogression are not posting many predictions / estimates, as it seems like a hopelessly long wait....
3. There are a few members here that are making their plight seem worse by posting, wild guesses or guesstimates that are gloomy (such as 50k EB2 IN each in 2004 and 2005) ........
4. No one has yet posted a good estimate (not a guess or guesstimate) of the EB3 backlog....
5. It takes a lot of time and patience to dig for reliable data......

3) What happens if there is no response?

I received an RFE too,but within 2 weeks of submission of my appln.I have already submitted the reuqested RFE.DO you know whats next?Is RFE a normal procedure?Is there any kind of risks,if you get an RFE?Please let me know.
I guess 13 days after the receipt of notice is a bit too long.I guess you should contact the INS ,incase your RFE notice has been lost or something.
