There are really none of either game on the service. So far I find it works pretty well for the action/sports/racing games they have, but the cost is more of an issue ... and if I was going to hook something to my TV why not get a REAL console? OnLive has ~40 games right now.

I know right? Christians are totally equivalent in women's clothing to Muslims. I mean, asking for the skirts to be to their knees, for them to not see midriff, or parts of the breast is totally equivalent to making the wear burkhas. Yes, dressing like a slut is a freedom in the Western World. This however does not mean it is a good idea. A woman who dresses like a slut is advertising that the best thing about them is their body. On the other hand I go out of my way to help women who act and dress well because it is more conductive to business. Ever tried to conduct a business meeting where a woman shows up dress very promiscuously? Seems I'm the only one who can concentrate in those kinds of settings.

It looks like AT&T automatically applied the Unlimited Mobile to Any Mobile feature on my account. I've always had the 450 minute plan, unlimited texting, and unlimited data ($89.99 not including my corp. discount). I logged in and the Features page displayed Unlimited texting with no mention of Unlimited Mobile to Any Mobile. Then I went to the calling plan page and it appears to have already been added.
Nothing in that screenshot indicates that the Any Mobile plan has been added. You should see it as an option on the Features page. You'll have to have an unlimited texting plan, though.

This may only happen if they get rid of the consumer-quality GPS receiver in it. Would raise the price of the handset, though.
It's more than likely going to be the use of their own software (iMaps?) rather than use Google which has their own Mobile OS now.
the GPS and the antenna in iPhone 4 certainly works well enough. Infact, it's better than my standalone TomTom. But I see your point... TomTom is one of the consumer-quality GPS.

I'm using a mid 2010 mac mini, samsung miniDV hooked up to firewire 800. (imovie 11) It doesn't skip on the tape, but when I play it back in imovie, it skips in the same place each time. no matter how many times i re-import it, it skips in the same place. Is there any way to stop this?

Whenever I get a new voicemail, or at least most of the time, old deleted voicemails appear in the new window. Anybody else have this issue or know what the hell is going on?

I would be surprised if we saw a 64 bit fcp before Lion. Apples qtkit API, which is thie only QuickTime API that you can compile in 64 bit, is really, REALLY primitive. Its going to require massive updating befor you would even think of running something like fcp with it. You cannot do anything more advanced than splice two videos together with it now. Hell even enumerating all th e codecs you can export to requires going down to 32 bits, and even the stuff that does compile in 64 bit requires a separate 32 bit process to actually do the work. T e sad thing is that apple has had plenty of time to update this API but they have essentially done nothing with it, which shows you how much they care about the pro users nowadays :mad:

It's not written in stone that the next version of Quicktime has to ship with Lion. They can ship it with FCP and pump it out in software update.

Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.
Samsung makes good cellphones. All the cellphones I've owned in my life have been Samsung ones :D

I didn't lose any of my roll-over minutes. I have ~1200 and am on the 450 individual plan.
They will fix it on the next bill. You'll only have 450 rollover minutes. The same thing happened to me.
